Tilney Bestinvest Boosts Scottish Leadership Team

The London-headquartered investment and financial planning group has added a key clients director to its management team in Scotland.
Tilney Bestinvest has hired Harry Morgan as director of key clients in Scotland.
Morgan joins from Anderson Strathern Asset Management where he was chief investment officer. With 25 years’ industry experience, he brings specific experience in the Edinburgh private client investment management scene. He has previously served as head of investment management at Adam & Company, and head of private investment management at Newton in Scotland.
In the newly-created role, he will report to Tilney Bestinvest's managing director of Scotland, Paul Frame.
“Harry is a high calibre hire and I am delighted to welcome him to Tilney Bestinvest. With 55 people in Edinburgh and Glasgow responsible for over £1.5 billion of assets, we already have a significant presence in Scotland and have been investing in the business with seven new hires since summer last year,” said Frame.
Tilney Bestinvest, which employs almost 400 staff across its UK network of offices, was recently appointed a strategic partner of the Law Society of Scotland. The investment manager looks after more than £9 billion ($14 billion) of client assets.
