Canada’sTD Bank Group has added Colleen Goggins to its board of directors, bringing the firm's total number of directors to 15. 

Goggins is former worldwide chairman of the consumer group at Johnson & Johnson, where she held several senior roles as well as having been a member of its executive committee from 2001 to 2011, the firm said in a statement. 

Earlier this month, TD Bank reported net income of C$294 million ($295.5 million) in its wealth and insurance segment for the three months to 31 January - up from C$258 million for the same period a year earlier and C$289 million in the previous quarter.

TD had CDN$774 billion in assets as of 31 January and is listed on the Toronto and New York Stock Exchanges.
