Switzerland’s Sound Capital Appoints New Chairman
The Zurich-based company has welcomed the chairman of Banque Heritage to its board.
Swiss asset manager Sound Capital has appointed F. Bernard Stalder as its new chairman of the board.
Based in Zurich, Stalder will replace Guy Wais, who will be retiring at the end of the year.
Stalder has served as chairman of Banque Heritage in Geneva since 2011, and of Banque Cantonale Du Valais prior to that.
“We thank Guy Wais for his leadership and guidance as chairman in the creation and development of Sound Capital,” said Anthony Cagiati, vice chairman of the company's board of directors. “He provided us with a wealth of experience and insight in creating and shaping the company.”
Sound Capital, which was set up three years ago, has more than SFr4 billion ($3.9 billion) of assets under management. Its offering includes asset management, investment advice and family office services.
