Switzerland鈥檚 Bonh么te Continues Hiring Spree
The private banking firm, operating across Switzerland, has made a series of appointments this year.
Swiss private bank Bonh么te has appointed three new members to join its board of directors, each bringing an array of skillsets and experience to bolster the bank's commitment to innovation, sustainability and social responsibility.
The hires build on last year's addition of Yves de Coulon, a Geneva-based property lawyer, the firm said in a statement.
The latest appointments include Anne Marion-Bouchacourt, a chartered accountant who was previously head of human resources at Societ茅 G茅n茅rale, before becoming chief country officer for China. Until January this year, she was country head of Switzerland and currently sits on the board of the National Bank of Greece, the firm continued.
Other board members include Val茅rie Patthey who was regional and international marketing manager at Julius Baer, before taking on the same role at Pictet Wealth Management. Finally, Jean-Louis Berthoud (whose father is Jean Berthoud, chairman of the board) has been appointed, bringing with him a scientific background. He will play a significant role in defining Bonh么te鈥檚 ESG strategy, the firm said.
鈥淚 am particularly pleased that my son Jean-Louis has been appointed to the board as this will ensure continuity,鈥 Jean Berthoud added.
鈥淢ore so than ever, we want to offer personalised banking services tailored to the individual needs of each and every client,鈥 Yves de Montmoli, CEO, said.
The firm has made a number of appointments recently, including Kim-Andr茅e Potin as chief operating officer. See more commentary here.
