Swiss Private Bank Subsidiary Of NBAD Hires Investment Group Head

NBAD Private Bank (Suisse), the wholly-owned Swiss subsidiary of the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, has appointed Tony Zeiger as head of its investment group.

NBAD Private Bank (Suisse), the wholly-owned Swiss subsidiary of the |National Bank of Abu Dhabi, has appointed Tony Zeiger as head of its investment group.

In this role, Zeiger defines and manages the investment advisory strategy of the firm and leads its investment team which provides strategic and tactical asset allocation advice to NBAD's private banking clients.

His experience in global investments comes from several financial institutions covering Europe, Middle East and Africa. He joined NBAD Private Banking (Suisse) after serving as director and head of wealth investment advisory for the Middle East and Africa team at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management.

In all, he has more than 20 years of experience in the structuring, implementation and management of global and multi-asset portfolios for private clients.

NBAD's Global Private Banking offers both onshore and offshore services through its offices in the UAE and in Switzerland and provides an open architecture investment platform to its private clients.

Meanwhile, as reported by this publication in March, Coutts’ chief investment officer for Asia and the Middle East, Gary Dugan, left that firm for a post in the United Arab Emirates. He took up the role as NBAD’s chief investment officer.
