Southwest Securities said it has appointed Charlie Willis as a financial advisor to its private client group, to be based from the Monterey office in California.

Mr Willis was formerly was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

Southwest Securities provides securities brokerage, investment banking and securities clearing services to a broad range of individual, corporate, public and industry clients. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of SWS Group, a New York-listed firm.
