Signature Financial Group, a wealth manager based in Columbus, Ohio has acquired the US financial services firm Foresight Financial Management. Foresight will retain its name and existing staff as it looks to expand it’s offices in Indianapolis following the merger.

"Affiliating with Signature Financial Group will help Foresight Financial Management grow," said Foresight president Jeff Ritter. "SFG provides us increased support, efficiency, and additional expertise in new markets."

Ritter said that the firm will be expanding by adding financial professionals who are looking to partner with experienced MDRT level advisors.

"We’re interested in hiring experienced financial representatives who have an entrepreneurial desire to own their own practice, but would benefit from the synergy of an experienced team," he said.

Foresight Financial Management is a financial services firm based in Indianapolis, IN and part of the John Hancock Financial Services Firm. As a wealth manager, SFG is also part of the US-based financial professionals network of independent firms.
