The new chairman, whose career spans nearly three decades, led a prominent insurance firm from its beginnings in London to the global £4 billion market capitalisation business it is today.

Wealth management firm Saltus has appointed Bronek Masojada as chairman to support its plans for growth.

Masujada was formerly the CEO of Hiscox and will bring experience, insight and leadership to the Saltus board, the firm said in a statement.

He will play a central role in guiding the company’s next phase, ensuring that the integrity of Saltus’s founding principles remain core to how the firm operates. Masojada will also support expansion of the Saltus Partnership Programme – launched in September 2023 – to provide flexible financial and operational support to independent financial planning businesses that want to grow, maximise profitability or are considering succession.

Masojada's career, which spans nearly three decades, is characterised by a consistent thread of transformative leadership and strategic insight. Notably, he led Hiscox from its beginnings in London to the global £4 billion market capitalisation business it is today.

Wealth manager Saltus was founded as an investment management firm in 2004. The Saltus group now employs over 200 people.
