SGAM Raises Stake in China JV

SocGen's asset management unit has raised its stake in a Chinese funds venture from 33 to 49 per cent. Societe Generale Asset Management will lift its stake in Fortune SGAM Fund Management, and the venture's registered capital will rise to 150 million yuan from 100 million as a result of the deal.
