SEI Investments has launched a new service designed for financial advisors to help affluent clients make major decisions involving wealth and overall “life goals”. The new service, called Wealth Network, “enables advisors to deliver a sophisticated end-client experience that changes the very nature of traditional advisory services,” according to SEI. The major components of the new service include:
- Case management, which provides advisors with a broad set of experts to help solve client issues such as elder care, career choices, caring for a special needs child, etc.
- Technology issues, including back office support, financial aggregation, bill pay and client relationship management.
- Branding and marketing, which comprises a lead generation programme that incorporates direct mail campaigns, referral-based partnerships with trusted advisors like lawyers and accountants, and specially staged client events.
