SEI Continues Expansion With Dual Appointment In London

SEI, the US-based global financial services provider, has appointed Mark Rockliffe as director of sales for wealth management to its UK global wealth services team in London, as well as Jim Clay as senior business development director for wealth processing.

Prior to his new role Mr Rockliffe worked as a consultant to the strategic partnership team at Octopus Investments and was responsible for helping shape the distribution strategy and development of new business streams through intermediary distributors, according to a statement. His earlier career includes having been an intermediary sales director with F&C Investments and 17 years service with Zurich Intermediary Group.

Mr Clay, who has held various senior sales and executive client management roles, joins the company from the Lifestyle Services Group, where he worked as senior client director. Prior to this he worked as senior account director as well as strategic project manager to the group chief executive at CPP Group

"We are therefore delighted to welcome Mark and Jim to SEI's Global Wealth Services team. Both have a deep knowledge of the market with experience in strategic planning and implementation.  They will each play an integral part in this ongoing expansion plan, enabling us to better position SEI for future growth in the market," said Joseph Ujobai, executive vice president, SEI’s Private Banks segment.
