SEB Makes Raft Of Executive Changes

The Northern European financial services group SEB has announced a raft of appointments to its executive team, including the hire of a new head of wealth management for the firm, as part of an internal re-organisation.

Anders Johnsson was previously head of trading and capital markets within the firm’s merchant banking division; he will take up the post of head of wealth management.

Other hires pertinent to the wealth management industry are those of Fredrik Boheman as head of SEB Germany, subject to regulatory approval in the country, and the appointment of Ingrid Engström, who will take up a position as senior advisor to Boheman, supporting organisational and change management. Boheman was previously head of SEB Wealth Management while Engström was previously head of group HR and organisational development.

Jan Sinclair, currently head of SEB Germany, will become deputy chief risk officer of the first quarter 2011, a newly-created post, reporting to group CRO Johan Andersson.
