Rothstein Kass Builds Out West Coast Presence With Senior Hire

Rothstein Kass, the professional services firm, has appointed Nancy Schultz as a director at its Family Office Group, responsible for spearheading the Western Region operations.

Schultz, who will be based at the firm’s Beverly Hills, CA office, was latterly chief operating officer at Simms, where she managed family office operations and real estate business functions. Prior to that she was chief financial officer of Saban Capital Group and CFO of The Jim Henson Company.

She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was a tax partner in the entertainment and media group.

With the appointment, Rothstein Kass is planning to enhance its national presence, said Rick Flynn, principal and head of the Family Office Group.

“Because of the growing appeal of the family office model, we continue to see increasing demand for our offerings across the communities and geographies we serve,” said Flynn.

Rothstein Kass’s family office practice offers financial, wealth planning and lifestyle management services to high net worth clients, but does not provide investment allocation, asset management or advisory services.
