Rothschild & Co's Private Banking Head For Zurich Starts Role

The private banking head has held senior roles including those at Julius Baer in the German-language side of the Alpine state.

Andreas Feller, who has been head of Swiss onshore and deputy head of private banking for Rothschild & Co, is now head of private banking, Zurich.

Feller confirmed that he had started in the role on his Linkedin page. He is based in Zurich. Feller is also member of the executive committee at the firm.

He held his previous role from April 2022 to September this year, based also in Zurich. For more than 12 years, he worked at Julius Baer, most recently as head of the German-speaking region Swiss market segment at Julius Baer.

Feller takes up the role as "part of a long-term succession planning". He replaces Heinz Nesshold, who has retired on 1 October. The deputy function no longer exists, it said.
