Raymond James & Associates Makes Senior Hire For Investments In New York

Raymond James & Associates, the broker/dealer business of New York-listed Raymond James Financial, has brought in Edward Tills from Morgan Stanley as first vice president of investments in Rochester, NY.

Tills started his career in the financial services industry in 1981 at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Rochester. He was later affiliated with Dean Witter, Shearson Lehman, Smith Barney, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, as the firms merged or were acquired.

Joining Tills in Rochester is Kimberly Lawrence Hanga, a senior registered sales assistant with some 18 years of industry experience. Hanga spent the last five years working with Tills at Morgan Stanley.

Through its three broker/dealer subsidiaries, Raymond James Financial has about 6,200 financial advisors across the US, Canada and overseas, with total client assets of about $412 billion.
