The UK-listed discretionary wealth manager is developing a blended digital and human service model, using InvestCloud to help make the switch.

Rathbone Brothers, the discretionary wealth manager and investment firm, has chosen InvestCloud, the tech platform, to provide client lifecycle management. 

The platform includes digital prospecting, onboarding and servicing capabilities as well as client reporting solutions, US-based InvestCloud said in a statement today.

The partnership helps Rathbones to boost its digital transformation and create a “blended digital and human service model to drive efficiencies across its businesses,” InvestCloud said. One of the larger UK wealth houses, Rathbones serves more than 65,000 clients and oversees £68.2 billion (or more than $90 billion) in client assets.
