The Hideaways Club, a London-based property company specialising in the ownership and management of a collection of international luxury property investment funds, is launching its second fund, the Hideaways Club City Collection, a portfolio of city apartments across the world.

The City Collection will start with 10 apartments in cities including New York, London, Paris, Venice, Miami and Istanbul. Additional cities will include Moscow, Rio de Janeiro, Bangkok and Sydney, with an ultimate target of 120 city properties over the next three years.

There are two levels of membership – Premium and Associate. Premium membership provides a full equity share in the property company for £120,000 ($190,000). The annual cost of £5,300 provides 23 membership nights a year in any apartment in the collection.

Associate membership provides a half share in the property company for £65,000. The annual cost of £2,760 entitles members to 12 nights a year in any apartment in the collection.

Members share in any value appreciation of the portfolio.
