Premium Wealth Boosts Advisor Strength Through Emerald Club Alliance

Premium Wealth Management, the Australian financial planner, has formed an alliance with the Emerald Club, the responsible investment solutions group, in a deal that gives the former a 25 per cent stake in the latter.

As part of the agreement, Paul Harding-Davis, chief executive of Premium Wealth Management, and Michelle Brisbane, advisor for ethical investment services in Melbourne, are joining the Emerald Club board. The alliance also includes having Premium as a preferred licensee to the Emerald Wrap, which will enable Premium advisors to increase their client service offerings through the diversified investment choices under the product.

"The partnership gives us access to another type of platform, which will help our advisors because they would all have some clients who would like to have more of their portfolio managed in an ethical or responsible way. We are actively recruiting advisors who identify with our business philosophy," said Harding-Davis.
