Polar Capital Continues Recruitment Drive

Polar Capital has continued a spate of recent hires with the addition of Su Park to its international sales team and the appointment of Sarah Nash as marketing manager.

Park was most recently head of European capital introductions at Nomura International. In her new role she is charged with driving the growth of the firm’s global fund franchise, and will be working closely with James Brandt, head of international sales.

Nash, meanwhile, joins from Neuberger Berman Europe (formerly Lehman Brothers Asset Management Europe), where she was head of marketing services.

Last month it emerged that Polar Capital had recruited two US equity fund managers, Andrew Holliman and Richard Wilson, from London-based rival Threadneedle.

Holliman had been at the firm since 2004 and was latterly in charge of the Threadneedle Global Extended Alpha Fund; Wilson had joined the firm more recently and was in charge of various institutional funds and segregated mandates.
