P-Solve Expands Governance Team

P-Solve Asset Solutions, the investment consultancy and asset management arm of the Punter Southall Group, has made five new appointments to its governance team.
Mark Salter, Nick Davies and Emma Pugh have all been appointed as client relationship managers, whose responsibilities include supporting trustees and clients in their investment governance responsibilities, expanding the client base and assisting in the improvement of the service proposition.
Mr Salter joins the P-Solve from HSBC global asset management, where he was a client relationship manager, and prior to this he worked at Barclays Bank Trust Company.
Mr Davies's previous roles include institutional marketing manager, EMEA, at DIAM – Mizuho Bank and client relationship manager at CCLA, a specialist charity fund manager.
Ms Pugh joins P-Solve from F&C, and prior to this worked at HSBC Investments.
Chris Windeatt and Sophia Hillard have also joined P-Solve as governance associates.
The London-registered Punter Southall Group, which includes the subsidiaries PSigma Asset Management and PSigma Investment Management, has $8.03 billion assets under management and 4,000 private clients. In September the group announced the creation of a new $400 million funds of hedge funds business through a joint venture with Octane Holding. The new entity, Grenfell PAI, will manage assets which used to be managed by PSigma Investments acting through its division P-Solve Alternative Investments, a London-based fund of hedge funds manager.
