Oregon Wealth Manager Joins Focus Financial Partners

Sapient Private Wealth Management, the Oregon-based registered investment advisor, has joined the network of Focus Financial Partners, the international group of independent wealth management firms, as partner.

Sapient launched as an independent RIA in 2010 and manages some $500 million in assets for high net worth individuals, families and institutions throughout the Pacific Northwest region. The company is led by Greg Erwin, Alan Rexius and King Martin, who, before founding the firm, worked together as advisors for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

Sapient is the fourth partner to join Focus in 2011. The former three were Hufford Financial Advisors, LVW Advisors and Pettinga Financial Advisors. Focus Financial was founded in 2006 and has since grown to manage around $45 billion in assets.
