Openwork, the multi-tie mortgage and financial advice network, has moved Mark Duckworth to be managing director of distribution and marketing.  He assumes the role immediately, leaving his previous position as commercial development director, which he had held since November 2010.

In his new role, Duckworth will be responsible for all elements of Openwork’s distribution, which includes advisor recruitment, marketing and the development of the network’s overall proposition strategy.  In addition, he will work on developing Openwork’s IFA network capability and manage its key corporate accounts. 

Previous work experience includes distribution and partnerships director at Living Time, distribution director at Prudential throughout Europe and the Middle East and national sales manager for AXA.
