Old Mutual Wealth Appoints Boardroom Non-Execs

The wealth management firm has named two financial and technology industry luminaries to its board.

Old Mutual Wealth has appointed Moira Kilcoyne and Cathy Turner as independent non-executive directors of its board, in the first board appointments to be made since Glyn Jones was named chairman last September.

Kilcoyne has more than 25 years of technology and cybersecurity expertise. She spent much of her career working in senior technology roles in both London and New York, predominantly with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.  She recently retired from Morgan Stanley, having held the role of managing director and co-chief information officer, global technology and data, at Morgan Stanley since 2013.

Turner has spent over 30 years working in senior leadership roles, including chair of the remuneration committee at Countrywide and non-executive director and chair of a similar committee at Aldermore Bank. Her most recent executive role was chief administration officer at Lloyds Banking Group. She will be chair of the remuneration committee at Old Mutual Wealth.

Old Mutual Wealth is a subsidiary of London-listed Old Mutual.
