Ogier Names Cayman Litigation Practice Partner, Head

Ogier, the offshore legal and fiduciary firm, has appointed Richard de Lacy as partner and head of its Cayman litigation practice, replacing Chris Russell, who has left his seven-year post at the firm.
De Lacy joins Ogier from the chambers 3 Stone Buildings in London, where he specialised in commercial litigation and insolvency covering cases in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.
In other recent developments, Ogier named James Bergstrom as legal chief executive, taking over from group CEO Nick Kershaw, in February.
