Offshore Law Firm Finalises Merger With BVI Business

This publication reports on the latest mergers, acquisitions and partnership deals involving private client organisations.

Offshore law firm Collas Crill has completed its previously-announced merger with BVI firm Farara Kerins.

The merger sees Collas Crill add to its footprints in Singapore, the Cayman Islands, London, Guernsey and Jersey.

Following the transaction, the firm will remain as Collas Crill in its current jurisdictions and trade as Collas Crill-Farara Kerins for a transitional period in the BVI, Collas Crill said in a statement yesterday.

The firm's BVI offering will include dispute resolution, including cross-border commercial and insolvency litigation and international arbitration, funds and corporate work.

Farara Kerins was established in 1985.
