Walbrook Group, the offshore fiduciary services provider, has appointed Chris Bevan to head up its family office services. He will be responsible for providing trust and tax services to Walbrook Group’s international private clients. Mr Bevan previously headed up KPMG’s international private client services in Hong Kong. He has also lectured extensively on tax and trust issues in the UK, US, and the Far East. He began his career with the Inland Revenue before joining KPMG’s London office where he headed up a 30-strong team providing financial planning services and tax advice to high net worth individuals. He moved to Jersey in 2001 to join Kleinwort Benson, where he provided wealth management and tax advice to HNWIs. Walbrook Group provides wealth management and trust services to both private and corporate clients worldwide. It has operations in Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man, and employs more than 180 staff.
