Nucleus Appoints People And Development Boss

Advisor-built wrap platform Nucleus has hired Kirsty Lynagh to lead its people & development function.

Nucleus, the UK-based wrap platform business, has appointed Kirsty Lynagh as head of people and development.

Lynagh joins from her position as organisational effectiveness consultant at RBS. She previously held various HR roles at Super Retail Group in Australia and spent seven years with EY in London.

Lynagh takes on the newly-created role as part of the company's recent growth drive, which saw the appointment of Adam Baker as client relations director earlier this year.

“Our people are integral to the ongoing success of the business and in keeping with this, our people and development activity must continue to evolve,” said Nucleus's managing director, Stuart Geard.

“Kirsty’s appointment to this new role...is a reflection of how seriously we take that commitment as a business and I’m confident the experience and knowledge Kirsty brings to the position will ensure our people and development team is expertly resourced to meet the needs of both our growing staff and the platform.”
