New UK Private Client Law Firm Launched

The firm will cover a variety of practice areas, ranging from non-contentious trusts through to divorce and disputes over high-value artworks.
A new private client law firm, Sinclair Gibson, is
being launched in the UK, the firm announced yesterday. Its
managing partner is Lucy Gibson, previously an MP at Harcus
Sinclair LLP.
The new firm will cover areas such as non-contentious private
client tax, trust and estate planning; cross-border property,
family and offshore trust issues; litigation on private client
matters usually carried out in the High Court or equivalent
jurisdictions; disputes over high-value works of art and other
chattels, revenue disputes; and domestic and international family
matters such as nuptial agreements and family disputes.
Gibson is a member of the International Academy of Estate and
Trust Law, Law Society of England and Wales and Association of
Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists. She qualified as a
lawyer in 1997.
