Insight Wealth Partners has recently launched itself as a fee-only, independent wealth management and advisory firm.

The company, founded by David Dryden, Travis Carter, and Wayne Smith, is headquartered in Plano, Texas and will provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management services, it said in a statement. Its founders were previously affiliated with Ameriprise Financial's elite private wealth advisor group.

"By coming together to form an independent firm, we aim to deliver enhanced wealth management capabilities and greater flexibility, while continuing to maintain the highest level of client service," said Dryden.

TD Ameritrade Institutional is its preferred agent for all custodial, clearing and trading support.
