A new firm, Focus Structured Solutions, has entered the structured products marketplace.

A new firm, Focus Structured Solutions, has entered the structured products marketplace. The brand is the result of a three-way union between Racing Green Investment Services (owners of the Focus Structured Solutions brand, which is a trading name of Meteor), Meteor Asset Management Limited and Credit Suisse.

The brand has been formed to allow Racing Green and Meteor to work exclusively with Credit Suisse as counter-party, according to a statement from the companies.

Meteor Asset Management, in conjunction with Meteor Investment Management, will act as plan manager and plan administrator respectively, while Racing Green Investment Services will be responsible for distribution, the statement said.
