Arab Bank is to launch a new private banking initiative in Europe under a new entity called the Europe Arab Bank. The Jordan-based bank said that its operations in Europe working under the name the Arab Bank will undergo a change in name to the Europe Arab Bank. The new bank will be based in London and focus on private banking and trade finance. It will link up subsidiaries in Frankfurt, Paris, Rome, Madrid, and Vienna. Europe Arab Bank will have a capital of €500 million ($637 million).
