UK advisor-owned and -controlled online wrap based business platformNucleus has promotedJoanne Rutherford to the newly created role of client relations director within its operations and technology division. 

Ms Rutherford will be responsible for maintaining the business’s standards in serving its advisor firms and their clients at a time of continued expansion for Nucleus.

Reporting to chief operations officerAndrew Smith, Ms Rutherford will manage the existing five strong client relationship management and transfer and re-registration team. As part of this role, she will also work closely with Nucleus’s third party administrator, Scottish Friendly.
