New COO To Take Helm At Credit Suisse's International Wealth Business

There is a new chief operating officer at the lender.

Credit Suisse has appointed Marcel Schuler as chief operating officer of international wealth management, the bank confirmed to this publication.

Schuler replaces Romeo Lacher, who has held the COO position at the IWM business since November last year. He has in the past served as head of operations for Credit Suisse’s private bank.

Lacher’s new role will be announced in due course, a media report said. The Zurich-listed lender declined to give further details other than to confirm that Schuler is taking up the COO role.
