New CEO At Prominent US Multi-Family Office
Jenkintown, PA-headquartered Pitcairn, the US multi-family office business, has promoted its president and chief operating offic Leslie Voth to chief executive.
Voth has been at Pitcairn for 19 years and has spearheaded several operational changes, the firm said. She succeeds Dirk Jungé, who will continue to serve as chairman.
Jungé was the "driving force" behind the transformation of Pitcairn from a single family office into a national, multi-family office 25 years ago, the firm said. Overall, he has been in the industry for 35 years.
“Governance and succession planning have been a hallmark of my ongoing advice to the high net worth families that we serve. By tapping my close business partner, Leslie Voth, Pitcairn provides for an orderly transition and maximum continuity of our own business going forward," he said.
Voth took on her previous position as president and chief operating officer in 2008, having been a member of Pitcairn’s senior management team since 1996. She has also held a number of other key positions as a member of the firm's senior management team, including leadership roles in marketing and client services. She led the expansion of the firm's regional offices and the development of a “total wealth management” approach to the family office. Prior to joining Pitcairn, she spent nine years as vice president of the Meritor Financial Group.
Commenting on her new role, Voth said: "I look forward to a new era of strategic growth, both domestic and global, spurred by the rapidly evolving changes in culture, technology, and communications."
As well as its Jenkintown headquarters, the firm has offices in New York and Washington, DC. It is a member of the Wigmore Association, the group of multi-family offices which collaborates on investment research.
