New CEO Announced At BNP Australia's Asset Management Arm

BNP Paribas Investment Partners, the asset management arm of BNP Paribas Group, has named a new chief executive for Australia.  

David Grybas takes the CEO role effective late April, replacing Robert Harrison who is moving to New York to become head of the North American business after nine years in the position. Grybas joined BNP Paribas Asset Management Australia in 2005 and has been responsible for client relationships across Australia and New Zealand. He is currently the co-head of institutional business development.

BNP Paribas Investment Partners records A$18.3 billion ($18.5 billion) in assets under management as of 31 December 2011.
