Morgan Stanley has launched an enhanced version of ClientServ the Global Wealth Management Group’s website for individual investors and small to mid-size businesses. The site now has simpler site navigation, consolidated, flexible account views and what the bank describes as a cleaner, fresher design. “A new client website is one of the important investments we are making in our business,” said head of Morgan Stanley’s wealth group, James Gorman. “With its improved features and clean new look, ClientServ will bring our clients added convenience and enhance the relationship they have with their financial advisors and Morgan Stanley.” The new ClientServ was piloted with a select group of clients and financial advisors earlier this year, with positive feedback from the participants. The Morgan Stanley Global Wealth Management Group has around $650 billion in client assets under management.
