Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management has tapped American Express Private Bank for a senior Turkish private banker. Gulin Sevinc will join Morgan Stanley PWM in early September and will be based in London. She will report to Alex Glassen, head of Morgan Stanley PWM Europe, who is also based in London. Speculation that Morgan will imminently open an Istanbul office has been played down by the bank.
