More Defections at Singer & Friedlander

WealthBriefing has learnt of more moves from Singers & Friedlander Investment Management, the UK-based investment manager formerly owned by the failed Icelandic Bank Kaupthing.

The invesment manager, which is to be sold to London-listed Evolution Group, the owner of Williams de Broe, has recently lost from its business development team Brian Fairclough, who  joins Vestra Wealth, Phil Degan who has joined boutique private bank Duncan Lawrie, Richard Nunnely who is believed to have relocated to Scotland and David Scott who has retired.

Michael Firth, who had previously been number two in the former chief executive Chris Buzzard's investment management team has also left. WealthBriefing was not able to confirm the firm he has joined before publication. 

Tony Conway, who was previously director of marketing at the firm, has this week joined UBS in London, after having left Singers earlier this year.
