Mercer Enters Strategic Alliance With Miller Heiman

Mercer, the global consulting and outsourcing firm, has partnered with sales performance and training company Miller Heiman to expand its client offering in the Asia-Pacific region.

Under the terms of the partnership, Mercer will be licenced to deliver Miller Heiman's range of services across Asia-Pacific, including China, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, India and Southeast Asia. Miller Heiman will then implement Mercer's human capital sales performance practice across its networks. The human capital sales performance scheme is a training program run by Mercer to ensure sales staff have the best customer-centric sales process, incentives and skills to deliver long term sustainable revenue growth.

Mercer has been actively expanding its Asian presence over the last months. In July, the global consultancy bulked up its investment management software offerings in Malaysia with two country-specific equity asset products. Its former Asia-Pacific chief investment officer, Russell Clarke, has also taken on a more international role as global CIO based in Australia.
