Man Group has appointed Andrew Horton as a non-executive director.

Horton has over 25 years financial services experience and has been on the board of Beazley since 2003, first as group finance director and currently as chief executive. Before this, he held various financial positions within ING, NatWest and Lloyds bank.

In addition, Patrick O’Sullivan, who has served as a non-executive director for six years, will step down from the board.  Previous roles include chairman of the audit and risk committee and more recently as senior independent director. 

Phillip Colebatch will succeed  O’Sullivan as senior independent director.
