Macquarie Private Bank Appoints Senior Manager From Rothschild

Private banker Tom O’Donnell has joined Macquarie Private Bank’s Sydney-based client advisory team, The Financial Standard reported. Mr O’Donnell joins Macquarie from Rothschild, where he was based in Guernsey. He has over 20 years experience in the wealth management industry.

Mr O’Donnell was acting managing director for 15 months at Rothschild, responsible for overseeing the business’s private client division and managing the portfolios of several high net worth clients.

At Macquarie Private Bank, O’Donnell will be responsible for advising clients across a range of areas including family trusts, private philanthropy and servicing their general investment and banking requirements.
