Lebenthal Asset Management Acquires Georgia-Based RIA
Lebenthal Asset Management, the asset management division of Lebenthal Holdings, has acquired Atlanta, GA-based Aurora Investment Counsel, an SEC-registered investment advisor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Lebenthal Asset Management, the asset management division of Lebenthal Holdings, has acquired Atlanta, GA-based Aurora Investment Counsel, an SEC-registered investment advisor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Aurora Investment Counsel, which oversees around $250 million in client assets, is a core equity manager that provides asset management services for foundations, endowments, corporations, public funds, Taft-Hartley plans and individuals.
The firm is led by president and portfolio manager, David Yucius, and director of marketing, Michael Doyle.
