Key Private Bank Launches Delaware Trust Company

Key Private Bank, part of New York-listed KeyCorp, has established a national trust company in Delaware, to work with its wealthy clients and prospects on asset protection and tax savings.

To launch Key National Trust Company of Delaware the firm has appointed Anne Marie Levin and Isabel Pryor as senior vice presidents.

Levin, who has been appointed SVP and Delaware trust specialist, will work with attorneys and accountants on sophisticated estate and tax plans for high net worth clients. She joins the firm from PNC Bank, where she served as vice president, Delaware trust specialist.

Pryor, who has been appointed SVP and regional trust manager, will focus on the administration of the trusts, including exercising fiduciary judgment, mitigating risk, and maintaining compliance. She was latterly a vice president and a senior trust and fiduciary specialist at Wells Fargo Bank.

"Building Key Private Bank's capabilities to provide an array of trust services has been a strategic objective for the firm," said Catherine O'Malley Kearney, director of trust administration with the bank.
