Kames Capital Strengthens Fixed Income Team

Kames Capital, the UK-based asset management arm of AEGON, has made a trio of appointments within its fixed income team.
Debbie King, former financial analyst at Intergen, will join the team's high-yield division, while Garvin Peoples has been added to the investment grade group.
Meanwhile, Paul Dilworth has moved to the fixed income team on a permanent basis from Kames’ performance measurement team, following a six-month secondment. He will work with Gregory Turnbull-Schwartz on financial credit analysis.
In other related news, the firm bolstered its property fund management division by hiring part of ING REIM’s property multi-manager team in October of last year. Mark Bunney, Matt Day and Tony Yu now report to Phil Clark, head of property and investment.
Additionally, Kames added Greg Mackay to the fixed income team's government bonds sector in November. The firm then promoted Peter Shaw to joint manager of its UK Equity Fund in December.
