Italian Advisor, Law Firm Create Joint Venture

Belluzzo International Partners, an Italian multinational advisory group, has joined forces with Italian law firm Studio Vallefuoco to strengthen its legal expertise.

International Partners and law firm Studio Vallefuoco
have signed a joint venture agreement, as part of a growth plan
to combine the Italian firms' expertise.
Through the joint venture, the advisory group, which specialises
in wealth, tax and law, will strengthen its legal arm, focusing
on anti-money laundering, tax regulatory litigation and
regulation of innovative financial instruments, the group
said.
The joint venture will add 10 lawyers and two accountants from
Studio Vallefuoco to the group, enabling Belluzzo International
Partners to open a new office in Rome.
Welcoming the agreement, Luigi Belluzzo, founding partner of
Belluzzo International Partners, said: “This joint venture takes
on an important and highly topical significance as part of our
broader strategy to consolidate our position as an international,
multi-jurisdictional and independent group.”

added.
Studio Vallefuoco, whose manager partner is Valerio Vallefuoco,
is known for its work in the field of anti-money laundering,
having developed a wealth of expertise both at national and
international level. More recently, the firm has addressed
cross-border issues in the digital sphere, related to
cryptocurrencies and NFTs.
