Invesco Perpetual Makes Fixed Interest Hire From Morgan Stanley

The UK arm of American investment manager Invesco has hired Morgan Stanley's head of European credit analytics.

London-listed Invesco Perpetual has appointed Thomas Moore to join its Henley fixed interest investment team.

Moore joins after 12 years with Morgan Stanley, where he was most recently managing director and head of European credit analytics. He has 17 years of experience in fixed interest markets.

Invesco Perpetual's 24-strong Henley fixed interest team manages assets of £28.8 billion ($42.3 billion) across a range of over 27 funds, as at the end of last month.

The hire follows that of Sebastian Mackay, who joined earlier this month from Standard Life Investments as a fund manager within the multi-asset team.

The company, which is based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, serves financial advisors, institutions and private investors. The Invesco group operates from offices in over 20 countries.
