ING Real Estate has hired Dawn Prideaux de Lacy for the new position of chief operations officer for ING Real Estate Investment Management. Based in The Hague, Ms de Lacy will be responsible for overseeing all operational and administrative aspects of the global business across 21 countries in all major real estate markets. She joins from Morgan Stanley, where she most recently held the position of chief administrative officer for Morgan Stanley Investment Management Europe in London.
