Henderson Appoints Former Hermes Head For Senior Role

London-based
Henderson Global Investors has appointed Rob Page as global
head of marketing, to start this summer.
He will oversee the UK and European marketing, investment
marketing, public relations and e-commerce teams, and
lead efforts to ensure the firm’s global marketing
activities in all channels and geographies are aligned.
Page will report to Greg Jones, head of pan-European retail, and
will also work closely with Phil Wagstaff, head of global
distribution, on brand and internal and external
communications.
Previously, Page worked as head of marketing and communications
at Hermes; he has also held senior marketing roles at Ignis and
Liontrust. Between 2001 and 2008, he was marketing director at
New Star Asset Management before it was acquired by Henderson in
2009.
At the end of 2012, Henderson Global Investors had some £65.7
billion ($100.7 billion) in assets under management.
