Healthy Returns In Premium

Premium healthcare service provider, Qineticare, is tapping into the wealthy Asian region with the launch what it claims to be the first dedicated family health office based in Hong Kong.

The office will offer health management services to members in Hong Kong and internationally, potentially making a mark in the flourishing "medical tourism" industry. In a statement from the firm, founder and chief executive, Feisal Alibhai, said recent initiatives in Africa, Mainland China and the Middle East, have already sparked a great deal of interest.

“I have always been surprised that whilst other countries such as Singapore and Thailand, have a thriving medical tourism industry, Hong Kong traditionally has not been viewed as such a popular destination for healthcare. We aim to change this,” general manager, Zeynep Incekara, added.

Qineticare’s family health office services will incorporate the investment in and management of every
aspect of its members’ health, from lifelong wellness planning, to medical emergencies. The company will provide its members with “priority access to the finest medical and wellness professionals, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year,” according to the statement released this week.

In addition, members will benefit from “personal dedicated nurses, secure electronic medical record
management, medical history reviews, wellness assessments, personal coaching, medical insurance advisory, seminars and workshops, and if required, preparation and assistance prior to medical appointments”,  Qineticare said.
