HSBC Private Bank has named Ali Khunji as director and market head of its Bahrain office, a role in which he is charged with driving the bank’s growth strategy for the Kingdom.

In other recent hires, earlier this month HSBC Private Bank appointed Anatoly Crachilov as an investment counsellor in London to focus on the Central and Eastern European market within the bank’s international team. Crachilov, who joined from Troika Dialog Investment Banking in Moscow, now reports to Daniel Ellis, head of the London private bank investment group.
